Johan Greyling, Director at JB Grey Inc, is an experienced commercial attorney specialising in exchange control and tax matters. He holds degrees in B.Comm(Law), LLB as well as M.Comm (Tax) from Stellenbosch University. After spending time with PwC in London and Cape Town as a consultant in corporate international tax, he moved over to STBB. Johan spent almost 9 years at STBB where he climbed the ranks at until he left in 2020 as a Senior Associate to start his own practice, JB Grey Inc.
